My Erasmus traineeship went well and I must say I had a good learning experience during my practice.
I will recommend the program to other students who might be interested. From my experience I think there are a lot to gain.
The exposure is very important as it makes you see how Nursing is being practiced in another environment other than Lithuania.
I highly support the idea and I am glad I had the opportunity to experience it. Also, I will recommend Germany as a fantastic country for Erasmus.
