21st INTERNATIONAL WEEK
AT KLAIPĖDOS VALSTYBINĖ KOLEGIJA / HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION
“CULTURAL DIVERSITY IN HIGHER EDUCATION”
We are delighted to invite academic and non-academic staff to join us for International Week “Cultural Diversity in Higher Education,” which will be held on 23-27 September, 2024, in the beautiful city of Klaipeda, Lithuania.
This special week will bring together educators, researchers, and students from around the globe to engage in a variety of activities designed to celebrate and explore the richness of cultural diversity within higher education. Our comprehensive programme includes presentations, seminars, workshops, and International Conferences. In addition to the academic and professional development opportunities, participants will have the chance to discover the unique charms of Klaipeda, a vibrant seaside city known for its rich history and cultural heritage. Immerse yourself in Lithuanian culture through organized tours and cultural activities that showcase the best of our local traditions, cuisine, and natural beauty.
We believe that this event will not only enhance your professional expertise but also broaden your cultural horizons and foster lasting connections with peers from around the world.
Participation is possible with Teaching/Training Agreement, a certificate will be issued to all participants.
Language of programme is English, required minimum level is B2.
Participation fee is 80 Euro and includes: activities indicated in the programme (welcome pack, guided excursion on Monday, lunches on Monday and Tuesday, welcome dinners on Monday and Wednesday, coffee breaks).

Programme of International Week
During the week, there will be two International Conferences (separate registration is required):
- On 24 September there will be International Conference „Studies-Business-Society: Present and Future Insights IX“ (programme and registration).
- On 27 September there will be International Symposium „Design for the Future: Solutions for Environmental and Civil Engineering‘24“ (more information and registration via email: l.kukliene@kvk.lt).
